氧化镁脱硫技术 Magnesium oxide desulfurization technology

http://www.ykbhlm.com煤炭在我国的能源结构中所占比例很大,在我国的一次能源消费总最中,煤炭占75%,而国外平均为28%.在我国的电力构成中,火电占了80%,而火电中有95%以上烧煤。2000年,全国发电总耗煤量为6亿吨,占煤炭总产量的60%,排放502800多万吨,占全国排放总量的40%以上。而我国火电行业的烟气脱硫才刚刚起步,具有脱硫设施的机组容量不到全部火电机组的5%.
酸雨是当今世界三大环境问题之一。由于燃料燃烧产生的烟气中SO2是形成酸雨的主要原因,世界各国都把烟气脱硫作为控制SO2污染、防治酸雨危害的主要技术手段。随着工业现代化程度的提高,我国环境问题变得越来越严重。SO2的排放量不断增大,中国二氧化硫排放总量已居世界第一,超出大气环境容量的80%以上,西南、华南等地出现大面积的酸雨,酸雨区面积约占国土面积的1/3,已成为继北美、欧洲之后的世界第三大酸雨区……为控制以SO2排放为主造成的酸雨污染的恶化趋势,我国新的大气污染防治法已颁布,二氧化硫排放收费制全面推行,研究、开发、推广应用各种脱硫技术已势在必行。
烟气脱硫技术的发展日新月异,镁法脱硫技术以其投资小、运行费用低、环保效益好、脱硫效率高,可回收副产品和产生一定的经济效益等特点,同时又避免了大型湿法的诸多缺点,因此氧化镁脱硫技术将会逐步得到更广泛的应用,正越来越受到人们的关注。
氧化镁脱硫技术,在世界各地都有很多的应用业绩,其中在13本已经应用了100多个项目,台湾的电站95%是用氧化镁法,美国、德国等地都已经应用,目前我国已开始推广,并在一部分地区得到成功的应用。例如我国的耐火行业生产的耐火制品(轻烧镁粉,轻烧镁球,苦土粉等)就是应用到了氧化镁脱硫技术。

With the improvement of industrial modernization, China's environmental problems have become more and more serious. SO2 emissions continue to increase, and China ’s total sulfur dioxide emissions have ranked first in the world, exceeding 80% of the atmospheric environmental capacity. Southwest, South China, and other places have experienced a large area of acid rain. The area of acid rain accounts for about 1/3 of the land area. Has become the third largest acid rain area in the world after North America and Europe ... In order to control the deterioration trend of acid rain pollution mainly caused by SO2 emissions, China ’s new air pollution prevention law has been promulgated, and the sulfur dioxide emission charging system has been fully implemented. It is imperative to develop, promote and apply various desulfurization technologies.
The development of flue gas desulfurization technology is changing rapidly. Magnesium desulfurization technology has the characteristics of small investment, low operating costs, good environmental protection benefits, high desulfurization efficiency, recyclable by-products and certain economic benefits, while avoiding many of the large wet process Disadvantages, therefore, magnesium oxide desulfurization technology will gradually be more widely used, and is receiving more and more attention.
Magnesium oxide desulfurization technology has a lot of application achievements around the world. Among them, more than 100 projects have been applied in 13 books. 95% of Taiwan ’s power stations use the magnesium oxide method. The United States, Germany and other places have been used. Began promotion and successfully applied in some areas. For example, the refractory products (light-burned magnesium powder, light-burned magnesium balls, bitter clay powder, etc.) produced by the refractory industry in China are applied to the magnesium oxide desulfurization technology.
