生产工艺的改进

1)改进2道工序 

①改进混碾。改进前,采用的是河南螺河制造厂的SI14型0.4t混碾机,改进后,采用了辽宁葫芦岛制造厂的SND1600型1t湿碾机,在提高混合效果和缩短混合时间的同时,提高了劳动生产率。 

②改进混合料输送。改进前,混合料混合后是从混碾机中卸到地面,然后人工从地面上锹到皮带机。改进后,混合料混合后是通过卸料器从混碾机中直接卸到皮带机上,大大地减轻了工人的劳动强度,提高了生产效率。 

2)增加4道工序 

①增加加料斗。改进前,由人工将每袋25kg轻烧镁粉及镁砂搬送到1.5m高的加料平台。改进后,人工直接将袋子打开放入标高为0.00的加料斗上,减轻了工人的劳动强度,提高了劳动效率。 

②增加上料皮带机。改进前,在加料平台上由人工将袋子打开放人混碾机中。改进后,加料斗的原料直接进入上料皮带机,并对加料量进行均衡控制。同时,增加除铁装置,防止铁器等破坏压密机和压球机,提高了生产线的安全性和供料的稳定性。 

③增加压密工艺。改进前,只有压球工艺,产品只经过一次挤压,其尺寸为40mm×40mm×35mm。改进后,增加了I台压密机,产品需经过二次挤压。第一次挤压制品尺寸为30mm×30mm×25mm,第二次挤压产品尺寸为40mm×40mm×35mm。 

增加压密工艺,是整个轻烧镁球生产线改造的关键。产品经过两次挤压,第一次挤压使镁球晶体之间在外力作用下相互靠近,缩短镁球晶体之间距离r,第二次挤压使镁球晶体之间在外力作用下靠得更近,镁球晶体之间距离r更小。由于r越小,镁球内部镁粉晶体周围正、负电子易于配对,电子之间的吸引力增加,离子键增加,分子间力增加。因此,r<r不仅提高了镁球体密度和镁球的内部结构强度,同时增加了产品表面光洁度。 

④控制加水量。控制制球水分是确保镁球强度的又一个关键。水分的多少直接影响镁球的内部结构强度。水分少了,离子、离子键和镁球晶体之间的分子间力难于形成;水分多了,正、负离子之间不断地在游动,离子中的正、负电子难于配对,处于不稳定状态,离子键形成后又断裂,造成晶体之间的距离r增加,正、负离子无法靠近,延长镁球强度形成的时间,同时使镁球内部疏松,强度降低。

Improvement of production process

1) Improve 2 procedures

① Improve mixing. Before the improvement, the SI14 type 0.4t mixer mill of Henan Luohe Manufacturing Plant was used. After the improvement, the SND1600 1t wet mill of Liaoning Huludao Manufacturing Plant was used. While improving the mixing effect and shortening the mixing time, Increased labor productivity.


② Improve the mixture conveying. Before the improvement, the mixture was unloaded from the mixer to the ground after mixing, and then manually shoveled from the ground to the belt conveyor. After the improvement, after the mixture is mixed, it is directly discharged from the mixer to the belt conveyor through the unloader, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of the workers and improves the production efficiency.

2) Add 4 processes

① Increase the hopper. Before the improvement, each bag of 25kg of lightly burned magnesium powder and magnesia was manually transferred to a 1.5m-high feeding platform. After the improvement, the bag was manually opened directly into the hopper with an elevation of 0.00, which reduced the labor intensity of the workers and improved the labor efficiency.

② Increase the loading belt conveyor. Before the improvement, the bag was manually opened on the feeding platform and put into the mixer. After the improvement, the raw materials of the feeding hopper directly enter the feeding belt conveyor, and the feeding amount is balanced and controlled. At the same time, iron removal devices are added to prevent iron compactors and other equipment from damaging the compactor and ball press, which improves the safety of the production line and the stability of the feed.

③ increase the compaction process. Before the improvement, there was only the ball pressing process, and the product was extruded only once, and its size was 40mm × 40mm × 35mm. After the improvement, an I compactor was added, and the product was subjected to secondary extrusion. The size of the first extruded product is 30mm × 30mm × 25mm, and the size of the second extruded product is 40mm × 40mm × 35mm.

Increasing the compaction process is the key to the transformation of the entire light-burned magnesium ball production line. The product undergoes two extrusions. The first extrusion makes the magnesium sphere crystals close to each other under the effect of external force, shortening the distance r between the magnesium sphere crystals, and the second extrusion makes the magnesium sphere crystals rely on the external force. Closer, the distance r between the magnesium sphere crystals is smaller. As r is smaller, the positive and negative electrons around the magnesium powder crystals inside the magnesium sphere are easier to pair, the attractive force between the electrons increases, the ionic bond increases, and the intermolecular force increases. Therefore, r <r not only improves the density of magnesium spheres and the strength of the internal structure of the magnesium spheres, but also increases the surface finish of the product.

④ Control the amount of water added. Controlling the moisture content of the pellets is another key to ensuring the strength of the magnesium pellets. The amount of water directly affects the internal structural strength of the magnesium balls. With less water, intermolecular forces between ions, ionic bonds, and magnesium sphere crystals are difficult to form; with more water, positive and negative ions are constantly swimming, and positive and negative electrons in ions are difficult to pair and are in an unstable state. After the ionic bond is formed, it breaks, causing the distance r between the crystals to increase, and the positive and negative ions cannot be approached, which prolongs the time for the strength of the magnesium spheres to form, and at the same time, loosens the interior of the magnesium spheres and reduces the strength.
