河南省质监局抽查：2批次耐火材料产品（轻烧镁球等）不合格

    据通报，本次抽查共抽取了郑州、洛阳、许昌、南阳、濮阳、安阳、新乡、焦作、济源9个省辖市和巩义1个省直管县（市）68家企业生产的120批次耐火材料产品。

    本次抽查依据GB/T 2275-2007《镁砖及镁铝砖》、GB/T 22589-2008《镁碳砖》、GB/T 23293-2009 《氮化物结合耐火制品及其配套泥浆》、YB/T 007-2003《连铸用铝碳质耐火制品》、GB/T 2608-2012《硅砖》、GB/T 2988-2012《高铝砖》、YB/T 5011-2014《镁铬砖》、YB/T 5049-2009 《滑板砖》、YB/T 165-1999《树脂结合铝镁碳砖》、 YB/T 113-1997 《烧成微孔铝炭砖》、YB/T 4167-2007《烧成铝碳化硅砖》、JC/T 1064-2007 《水泥窑用硅莫砖》、YB/T 5106-2009《粘土质耐火砖》、YB/T 5107-2004 《热风炉用粘土砖》、《2015年第2批耐火材料产品质量河南省监督抽查实施方案》等标准、法规及相关要求，对耐火材料产品（轻烧镁球、轻烧镁粉）的化学成分质量分数、熔融指数、显气孔率、体积密度、真密度、显密度、常温抗折强度、常温耐压强度、加热永久线变化、荷重软化开始温度、耐火度、高温抗折强度、导热系数、热膨胀率、抗热震性和常温耐磨性等项目进行了检验。

    经抽样检验，有118批次产品符合标准要求，2批产品不符合标准要求，涉及到显气孔率项目。

    After sampling inspection, there were 118 batches of products that met the standard requirements, and 2 batches of products did not meet the standard requirements, which involved apparent porosity items.
