生产、制造镁水泥工艺性质的产品,必须具备两个最基本的条件:1.稳定合格的轻烧镁粉原料。2.科学的配比原料、合理的工艺和合适的养护方式。

这两点是生产、制造镁水泥工艺品(也包括所有镁水泥制品)最基本、最重要的条件。这方面的历史教训是深刻的,必须引起足够的重视。

  从第一点来讲,合格的氧化镁是做好镁水泥的基础。适合做镁水泥的轻烧氧化镁是在750℃-900℃煅烧分解的,这种温度烧出的氯化镁才能和氧化镁、水在短期内形成反应相结构,我们把它称为具有活性的氧化镁,这样的轻烧粉适合做所有的镁水泥制品。在行业标准中,已对轻烧镁粉的活性氧化镁含量、烧失量、过烧氧化钙含量进行了明确的规定,有的厂家把轻烧氧化镁分为防火板专用氧化镁、通风管道专用氧化镁、墙板专用氧化镁、工艺品专用氧化镁。不知道这种分类的标准和依据是什么,因为镁水泥制品有几十种、几百种,难道轻烧氧化镁也要分几十种、几百种吗?再加上市场上不合格的氧化镁继续进行价格的无序竞争,这些都给下游工厂带来产品不稳定的因素。多年来,地方政府也对氧化镁生产厂家进行了多次整顿,主要出发点是从减少资源浪费、合理利用资源、环保、节能的角度出发,如何使轻烧镁粉达标生产以满足下游工厂需要,建立稳定原料供应基地,促进镁水泥行业健康发展,始终缺乏监管和制度,这也是很多镁水泥制品企业不敢和不能做大、做强的原因之一。

   从第二点来讲,科学配料、合理工艺、合适养护是做好镁水泥产品的必要条件。关于科学配料,余红发教授在总结国家“七五”攻关的科研成果时提出的“配料原则”,是所有镁水泥制品配料时必须遵循的原则,根据镁水泥制品的不同品种和使用范围,只能在这个原则范围内灵活调整,而不能背离这个原则。

   为了便于记忆和理解这两点中的内容,可以用一句通俗、便于记忆的词语,就是生产镁水泥制品必须“坚持四项基本原则”,即坚持使用达标原料的原则、坚持科学配料的原则、坚持合理工艺的原则、坚持合适养护的原则。这四项基本原则是根据镁水泥内在的化学反应和物理特征提出的,缺一不可,相辅相成,才能较好地完成镁水泥内部的化学物理反应过程,使产品达到较长时间的使用价值。

   镁水泥工艺品的生产只有在达到内在的质量要求之后,再加上形式和外观的装饰手法,才能开发和生产出更多的品种,满足社会的物质、文化需求。
