八钢炼轻烧镁球的标准 Standard for Light-Burn Magnesium Ball of Bagang Steel

    八钢的镁球基本上以固废为主原料制备的，其原料的特点限制了其生产的镁球的成分，为了规范镁球的生产工艺，实现有效的利用固废和优化转炉的炼钢工艺，根据八钢供应镁球的主要供应商的生产情况，制定以下的标准;

技术要求 

    轻烧镁球的化学成分及物理性能应符合下表的规定：

 SiO2 MgO Al2O3 C+S+P 水分 ≤8.0 ≥45.00 ～35 

不做要求 ≤1.00 

    粒度要求：20～50mm，其中小于5mm的粉末率不大于5%;抗压强度:≥980KN/个，现场实测以从3米高度自由落体至水泥地面不碎裂为准。 3.3产品每批不超过500吨，必须取样化验送检一次； 3.4每批取样应不少于15公斤，并从各样袋中均衡取样。 

    轻烧镁球的质量检查和验收应符合YB/T 5142的规定。 

    轻烧镁球采用聚丙烯编织袋包装，每袋1吨，保证内货不外露，不撒漏，并标明产品名称、供方名称；每个批次都必须附有质量证明书。

    制定以上标准的主要依据如下 

1) 兄弟企业的技术标准和采购价格 

2) 镁球的功能作用和定位 

3) 主要生产商能够达到的质量水平

The chemical composition and physical properties of lightly burned magnesium spheres should meet the requirements of the following table:

Granularity requirements: 20-50mm, of which the powder rate of less than 5mm is not more than 5%; compressive strength: ≥980KN / piece, the actual measurement on site is based on the free fall from the height of 3 meters to the ground without cracking. 3.3 Each batch of products does not exceed 500 tons, and must be sampled and submitted for inspection once. 3.4 Each batch of samples should be no less than 15 kg, and samples should be taken from each sample in a balanced manner.

The quality inspection and acceptance of lightly burned magnesium balls should comply with YB / T 5142.

Light-burned magnesium balls are packed in polypropylene woven bags, one ton per bag, to ensure that the internal goods are not exposed and leaked, and the product name and supplier name are marked; each batch must be accompanied by a quality certificate.
