    根据国家科技部火炬中心《关于开展2015年国家火炬计划重点项目验收工作的通知要求》,受省科技厅委托,日前,市科技局组织专家对大石桥市生产力促进中心承担的“重烧镁产业节能减排技术创新服务平台”项目进行结题验收。

重烧镁砂

 

    大石桥市生产力促进中心联合高校、科研院所,依托辽宁丰华实业有限公司等试点企业建立重烧镁节能减排技术示范基地,整合社会各方面科技创新资源,联合开展重烧镁节能减排技术开发,形成了综合性、开放式、多功能的重烧镁产业节能减排技术创新服务平台。平台在技术创新服务、科技交流服务、科技培训服务等方面开展了扎实有效的工作。组织企业、高校和科研院所开展技术攻关和科技成果转化,研制出大型哑铃形结构重烧氧化镁竖炉、多点连续回转布料机 、圆盘转齿强力出料机、小倾角料柱密封带风压连续卸料器、炉内料柱在线自动破碎装置等高效制备重烧氧化镁绿色生产装备;建成年产8万吨重烧氧化镁示范生产线。

  验收专家组考察了现场,听取了项目承担单位的汇报,审阅了相关资料和文件,并进行了质询和讨论,认为完成了项目任务书规定的各项指标,一致同意通过验收。


The Dashiqiao Productivity Promotion Center, in conjunction with universities, research institutes, and relying on pilot enterprises such as Liaoning Fenghua Industrial Co., Ltd., establishes a demonstration base for reburning magnesium energy-saving and emission reduction technology, integrates scientific and technological innovation resources in all aspects of society, and jointly develops reburning magnesium energy-saving and emission reduction Technology development has formed a comprehensive, open, and multi-functional energy-saving emission reduction technology innovation service platform for the reburned magnesium industry. The platform has carried out solid and effective work in technical innovation services, scientific and technological exchange services, and scientific and technological training services. Organize enterprises, universities and research institutes to carry out technical research and scientific and technological achievements transformation, and develop large-scale dumbbell-shaped reburned magnesia shaft furnaces, multi-point continuous rotary cloth distributors, disc rotary teeth powerful discharge machines, and small-inclined material column seals. Green production equipment for the efficient preparation of reburned magnesia with wind pressure continuous unloader, on-line automatic crushing device for the material column in the furnace; and a demonstration production line with an annual output of 80,000 tons of reburned magnesia.

The inspection and acceptance expert team inspected the site, listened to the report of the project undertaking unit, reviewed relevant materials and documents, and conducted inquiries and discussions. They considered that the indicators specified in the project mandate were completed, and they agreed to pass the acceptance.
