    在推动镁产业发展上，大石桥市充分发挥科技支撑的重要作用，通过产学研相结合，为镁产业实现可持续发展引智聚力。大石桥市委、市政府先后与北京科技大学、北京钢铁研究总院、大连理工大学、东北大学等10余家高校院所建立全面科技合作关系，聘请北京科技大学校长徐金梧、中国农业大学党委书记瞿振元、中国工程院院士欧进萍、段雪等11位专家为大石桥市政府科技发展战略顾问，并与东北大学共同成立了镁质材料研究院，积极为企业搭建科技合作平台与技术转移平台。目前，大石桥市240家企业与高校、科研院所以及国内外大型企业集团建立了长期技术协作关系，其中镁质材料产学研联盟企业达168家。

Eleven experts such as Ou Jinping and Duan Xue, members of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, are consultants for the science and technology development strategy of the Dashiqiao Municipal Government, and jointly established the Magnesium Materials Research Institute with Northeastern University to actively build a technology cooperation platform and technology transfer platform for enterprises. At present, 240 companies in Dashiqiao have established long-term technical cooperation relationships with universities, scientific research institutes, and large domestic and foreign enterprise groups, of which 168 are magnesium-based materials industry-university-research alliance companies.

    大石桥市委、市政府还鼓励企业引进、培养高层次科技创新人才，组建企业或校企合作科研机构，加强国际技术、经济交流与合作，全面提升镁产业的技术装备水平。目前英、德、俄、日、韩、台等国家和地区150多家三资企业落户“中国镁都”，镁质材料产业已经走上了国际化发展道路，其精深加工能力已达到国际先进水平，自动监控超高温隧道窑、智能搬运机械手、液压制砖机、全自动数控镁碳砖生产线和万吨液压机等精深加工生产设备装备水平居国际一流水平。

Level, automatic monitoring of ultra-high temperature tunnel kiln, intelligent handling manipulator, hydraulic brick making machine, fully automatic CNC magnesia carbon brick production line and 10,000 tons of hydraulic press and other deep processing production equipment and equipment rank at the international first-class level.
