After many years of production practice in our factory, the light-burned magnesium ball products are produced according to the above preparation process, and the quality of the products has the following problems.
1) The sphere is loose. Low density, low strength and easy to break. Especially when loading, unloading, transporting, squeezing and dropping, the spheres are easily broken.
2) The ball formation rate is low. After the raw materials are processed by the ball press, half are the product and half are the powder. The powder needs to be returned to the ball press manually.
3) The user is not satisfied. The products sold contain 2O% -35% small blocks and powders, and users have repeatedly raised objections to this.
4) The shape of the sphere is incomplete. Some are half balls, some are one-third balls, some are missing corners, have different shapes, and have a matte surface.
