氧化镁电缆的简介 Introduction of Magnesium Oxide Cable

http://www.ykbhlm.com铜芯铜护套氧化镁绝缘防火电缆(以下简称氧化镁电缆),是一种外层采用无缝铜管护套、中间充填轻烧镁粉作绝缘材料、以单股铜棒作为导体的新型电缆。它不但能耐高温、防火、防爆、阻燃,而且载流量大、外径小、机械强度高、使用寿命长、一般不需要独立接地导线。因此,氧化镁电缆被广泛应用于危险、恶劣、高温的环境中,如核电站、冶金、化工、矿井、制窑等。近年来,随着各种技术工艺的蓬勃发展,氧化镁电缆也较多的应用于高层楼房、机场、码头、地铁等民用建筑,用以保障在火灾情况下消防水泵、消防电梯、局部照明、应急疏散指示、保安监视、防烟排烟系统、自备电源等消防用电及重要设备的不间断运行。

氧化镁电缆的构造与型号规格:

氧化镁防火电缆制造工艺比较复杂。主要有两种方法,一是先在外层的无缝铜管与核心的铜芯导体之间灌入轻烧镁粉,然后进行压实;二是先将轻烧镁粉压制成空心的圆柱,将它穿入导体和铜管之间,然后通过拉拔——退火——再拉拔等多道工序循环反复进而制成电缆。需要注意的是,在氧化镁电缆的加工过程中需要不断检测氧化镁的密实性和铜管的气密性等项目。通过对氧化镁电缆制作过程和方法的了解,我们可以看出电缆的结构主要由三部分组成:外层的无缝铜管护套、中间起绝缘作用的轻烧镁粉、核心作为导体的铜棒。
